Travis Barker Released From Georgia Hospital
Travis Barker is continuing on the road to recovery outside of a hospital. People.com quotes a spokesperson for the Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta, Georgia who says the former Blink 182 drummer was released from the facility at the Doctors Hospital Monday morning. Barker's release comes more than a week after he and Hollywood deejay Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein were rushed to the hospital after suffering severe burns in a South Carolina Learjet crash that claimed the lives of four others. The spokesperson says Barker is "in good condition" and "has left Augusta." A source tells People that the rocker boarded a bus to Los Angeles where he lives. The source added, quote, "Trust me, he will never fly again - ever." DJ AM also reportedly took a bus back to Los Angeles upon his discharge from the hospital late last week. In a status update posted on AM's Facebook page over the weekend, the deejay wrote that he was, quote, "the luckiest guy in the world."
