Sebastian Bach Wins CMT's "Gone Country 2"
Former Skid Row front man Sebastian Bach has officially gone country. He's the winner of CMT's "Gone Country 2" reality series, hosted by John Rich of Big & Rich. The reality show pairs each celebrity contestant with a Nashville songwriter to help them write a country song. During Friday night's finale, each of the contestants performed their original composition in front of an audience at Nashville's famous Wildhorse Saloon. Rich then announced Bach as the winner. Bach edged out former "American Idol" finalist Mikalah Gordon, actor Lorenzo Lamas, singer Jermaine Jackson, former 'N Sync star Chris Kirkpartick and actress Sean Young. His single "Battle with the Bottle" has just been released to country radio. Bach penned the tune with songwriters Jeffrey Steele and Vicky McGhee. |
