In 1977 Stiff Records launched a tour featuring label artists Nick Lowe with Last Chicken in the Shop featuring Dave Edmunds, Ian Dury and the Blockheads, and Elvis Costello and the Attractions. In 1978 Squeeze's single "Goodbye Girl" was released in what's thought to be the first sculpted sleeve. In 1988 U2 released the album "Rattle and Hum." In 1989 David Bowie released the box set "Sound + Vision." In 1996 Phish released the album "Billy Breathes." In 2000 The Cars' Ben Orr died of pancreatic cancer at his home in Atlanta, Georgia. He was 53. Green Day released the album "Warning." In 2002 Tommy Lee and ex-wife Pamela Anderson reportedly came to a new custody agreement regarding their two sons, which gave each of them equal rights and responsibilities concerning the boys. U2's Bono topped a "Q" magazine list naming him the most powerful man in the music business. In 2003 The movie "School of Rock," starring Jack Black, opened in theaters. In 2004 Alanis Morissette cancelled a concert in Jakarta, Indonesia, citing security concerns following a U.S. government warning about possible terrorist activity in Indonesia. In 2006 Muse, Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke, and The White Stripes were among the winners at the British Digital Music Awards. Gorillaz's "Feel Good Inc" was among the winners at the 2006 BMI London Awards. New albums arriving in stores included The Killers' "Sam's Town," Evanescence's "The Open Door," Beck's "The Information," Jet's "Shine On," Sarah McLachlan's "Mirrorball: The Complete Concert," The Decemberists' "The Crane Wife," and The Hold Steady's "Boys and Girls in America," along with The Pixies DVD "Pixies Live at the Paradise in Boston."<
