Madonna Slams Palin At Concert
Madonna has launched an on-stage assault at Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin. The 50-year-old pop queen kicked off the U.S. leg of her Sticky and Sweet tour at the Meadowlands in New Jersey Saturday by leading an anti-Palin chant banning the Alaskan governor from her shows. On Tuesday the Material Girl gave fans at the Big Apple's Madison Square Garden an encore during her performance of the song "I Love New York." This is not the first time Madonna has gone after the Republican ticket. Back in August the singer launched her Sticky and Sweet tour in the UK with a video interlude showing pictures of presidential candidate John McCain along with dictators like former Nazi leader Adolf Hitler and Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe.
