Taylor Swift's Ex Addresses The Breakup
Taylor Swift's ex is now telling his of the story. MTV News reports that Joe Jonas, the middle member of pop trio the Jonas Brothers, fired back at Swift in a MySpace blog post Friday. While never using Taylor's name in the post, which has since been removed, Joe said he needed to explain himself so his fans could better understand the situation. Last week Swift accused him of breaking up with her in a 27-second phone call. But Jonas writes that he simply called to discuss his feelings with her, and she was the one who hung up on him. Joe also dispels Taylor's allegations that he may have been interested in his current girlfriend, Camilla Belle, while they were still together. He adds, quote, "It might make someone feel better to assume or imply I have been unfaithful but it is simply not true." Taylor openly discussed her split from Joe during an episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" last Tuesday. Before the break up, neither star had admitted to being romantically involved. |
