Finn To Collide With Friends Again
Crowded House's Neil Finn says he likes recording with his friends. He's announced plans for a sequel of sorts to his "Seven Worlds Collide" album, in which he invites several of his pals together in the studio to see what comes out. Billboard.com reports that Radiohead's Ed O'Brien and Phil Selway; Wilco's Jeff Tweedy, John Stirrat, Glenn Kotche, and Pat Sansone; The Smiths' Johnny Marr; Soul Coughing's Sebastian Steinberg; and singer-songwriter Lisa Germano are among those on tap to contribute. The still-untitled project will take place over the next few months in Auckland, with plans for a release sometime next year. |
