Chris Isaak Shares His Classic Country Roots
Chris Isaak says he's been inspired by country music. The singer-songwriter cites some of the legends of the genre among his early musical influences.
Isaak also has more recent connections to the country music community. When he launched the Biography Channel talk show "The Chris Isaak Hour" last year, Trisha Yearwood was the guest for his debut episode. Glen Campbell and Jewel have also appeared on the program. In addition, Isaak tapped both Yearwood and Michelle Branch for duets on his most recent CD, "Mr. Lucky." |
